The word Kenai is derived from the language of the Kenaitze people, an indigenous group who historically inhabited the region that is now known as the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska.

Kenaitze culture values storytelling, and my coaching philosophy is derived from the belief that everyone has their own story to tell that shapes who they are and how they approach their work and life.

As a coach I draw upon my life and business experience spanning the US, UK, South Africa, and Canada where I have been closely aligned to the world of talent and leadership development, working with clients including Microsoft, Mastercard, PepsiCo, and Kraft Heinz.

During my time in South Africa, I was a partner in a business involved in DE&I Consulting, Coaching, and Executive Recruitment of underrepresented professionals for corporations looking to transform in the post-apartheid era. I draw upon this experience to help those that may be facing unique workplace challenges.
